Build speech vocabulary from a profession, then save the terms you keep. Voice also uses names from your lexicon and live projects.
Delete the misses. "Generate more" steers toward what you keep and away from what you drop.
Applies when you next open voice. Saving an empty vocabulary clears your additions; live names remain automatic.
